II Encontro Micológico de Primavera 2011

Caro(a) Associado(a) e amigo(a),

A nossa Associação vai realizar, no dia 28 de Maio de 2011, na cidade de Bragança, o “II Encontro Micológico de Primavera 2011”.

O “II Encontro Micológico de Primavera” destina-se a todos os amantes da micologia que pretendam juntar-se à Associação para um dia de saída de campo com o intuito de observar e apanhar algumas das espécies micológicas características desta época, onde não faltarão a degustação e o convívio.

O Encontro terá início no dia 28 de Maio 2011, pelas 08h30m, com a saída de campo e o já familiar piquenique, que ocorrerá no concelho de Bragança, freguesia de Parâmio.

  Está a ser programado, para terminar o dia, um jantar, que contará, em princípio, com as infra-estruturas e a colaboração da Junta de freguesia do Parâmio.

 Para um conhecimento detalhado deste evento, segue, em anexo, o programa, cuja confirmação de presença deverá ser efectuada até ao dia 13 de Maio de 2011, mediante:

 Aproveito, ainda, para vos relembrar que o desenvolvimento da nossa associação depende dos associados e, bem assim, do seu contributo monetário, traduzido na quota anual paga por cada um.

 Nessa conformidade e para os mais distraídos, recordo a necessidade de procederem ao pagamento das quotas anuais (2010 e 2011). O montante da quota é de 25,00€ (vinte e cinco euros) e para o associado familiar (cônjuges ou descendentes até aos 15 anos) a quota corresponde a 12,5€ (doze euros e meio).

O pagamento poderá ser efectuado por uma das seguintes formas:

 1) Por cheque, dirigido à “Associação Micológica A Pantorra” e enviado por correio para a morada supra;

ou

2) Por Transferência Bancária: NIB 0045  2240  40142896082  46 (em breve, para as transferências internacionais indicaremos o IBAN e SWIFT)

 Após o pagamento da quota solicito que enviem o comprovativo da transferência identificando o(s) nome(s) completo do(s) associado(s), bem como deverão fazer menção à qualidade de associado (familiar – descendente, ascendente, etc.)

Aquando o pagamento da(s) quota(s) será remetido, por correio ou entregue, pessoalmente, ao associado a respectiva declaração de quitação.

 Por outro lado, uma vez que a Associação pretende actualizar a base de dados dos associados, solicitamos que despendam alguns minutos preenchendo e enviando a Ficha de Actualização de Dados, em anexo ao presente email, por forma a que possamos entrar em contacto com todos e informar sobre as novidades e actividades que vamos desenvolvendo, bem como de outros assuntos do interesse do associado.
